Follow-Up Telehealth Consultation
Includes a telehealth consult with a Board-Certified Sleep Physician to review sleep test results and discuss therapy options. If your test was positive for sleep apnea, the sleep physician will provide a prescription for CPAP therapy if needed. If your test was negative, the sleep physician will discuss other options to improve your sleep. You will receive a phone call to schedule your online consultation within 2 days of placing your order. If we miss you, we will leave a message with our contact information and will continue to call an additional three times.

CPAP Prescription Renewal TeleHealth Consultation
Includes a telehealth sleep consult with a Board-Certified Sleep Physician. The physician will review your history and provide a CPAP renewal prescription if needed. You will receive a phone call to schedule your online consultation within 2 days of placing your order. If we miss you, we will leave a message with our contact information and will continue to call an additional three times.
