We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for your CPAP mask to ensure optimal comfort and effectiveness in your sleep therapy. Hence, we offer a comprehensive return policy to guarantee your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges for CPAP Masks, CPAP Machines, Tubing, Filters, Disposables and Service products such as Home Sleep Testing and Telehealth Consultations:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • CPAP Machines, CPAP Masks and CPAP Tubing are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For CPAP Masks, we offer an extended return period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Masks can be returned opened or used, ensuring that you find the right fit for your comfort and therapy needs and we will replace the mask with another option.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

2. Return Process:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your CPAP Mask for a different size or model, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, CPAP supplies such as filters, cushions, and chin straps are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are unopened and unused.
  • Our Home Sleep Testing service and devices, our Telehealth Consultations and Insomnia Therapy Services are not eligible for return since they are service products.  However, if you are unsatisfied with our services at any time, please contact us directly and we can discuss your options.

7. Manufacturer Warranty:

Our CPAP equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. If you encounter any defects or issues with your product, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for repair or replacement options.
