Patients may order a self-pay home sleep test online, or physician offices may refer patients that would like to utilize insurance or Medicare/Medicaid.

A home sleep test is shipped directly to the patient with clear instructions and support so they can test in their own bed.

The study is reviewed and interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician with results delivered to the patient or ordering physician.

Home Sleep Health, LLC verifies insurance benefits for patients referred by physician offices while Home Sleep Health Services, PLLC participates with commercial insurance plans and Medicare/Medicaid in the state of Connecticut where the practice is licensed. Coverage and patient responsibility varies by plan and location.

For eligible patients, we coordinate insurance-covered home sleep testing, managing authorization requirements when applicable and helping physician offices reduce administrative burden.

If insurance coverage is limited or unavailable from Home Sleep Health Services, PLLC, we offer transparent self-pay options with clear, upfront pricing through Home Sleep Health, LLC. Self-pay services may also be eligible for FSA and HSA reimbursement.
